Muskoka Discovery Centre is the perfect destination for any school trip.
At the Muskoka Discovery Centre, learning comes alive. Our hands-on, inquiry-driven programs invite students to explore Muskoka’s rich heritage, science, and natural environment in ways that spark curiosity and deepen understanding. Alongside dynamic guided tours and curriculum-aligned workshops, students can experience our award-winning Misko-Aki: Confluence of Cultures exhibit—an immersive journey into Indigenous history, knowledge, and storytelling. Through our Ingenious Studies Program, learners are guided by our four knowledgeable Cultural Guides, who offer authentic, respectful insights into Indigenous perspectives and living traditions. And coming in spring 2026, our newest exhibit, Love Muskoka, Sustain Muskoka, will further deepen students’ understanding of environmental stewardship and the importance of caring for the places we call home.
