- Cruises sail rain or shine. Be sure to arrive prepared for changing weather. Indoor space and seating is extremely limited. Weather on the lake is often cooler and breezier than on shore.
- Please note that we have a No Refund and No Cancellation policy for all of our cruises. If you know you will be unable to make it for your scheduled cruise, call our ticket office at 1-866-687-6667.
- Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your cruise departure to allow time for safety precautions.
- Sorry, but no pets are permitted. The only exception is for licensed service animals.

Enhanced Safety Measures for Passengers
We have introduced new and enhanced safety measures for the protections of our passengers and staff. Complete policies are available from the office, or onboard the ship.
Policy on masks:
- Masks are mandatory at all times. The only time your mask may be removed is when you are using the OUTDOOR seating areas and are with your group. As soon as you wish to move about the ship, or enter any of the indoor areas (to use the washroom, pass through to a different deck, etc.) you must put your mask on.
- Food and Drink must be consumed in the outdoor areas of the ship. There is to be NO eating or drinking inside as it would require you to remove your mask.
