We are looking for a full time ticket agent to work at our ticket desk until October 14, 2017.
Duties would include: – Processing reservations by phone and in person – Distributing tickets – Imputing customer data into our reservation system – Office tasks such as filing, faxing, emailing, and making phone calls – Customer service – Light cleaning and tidying of ticket office – Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate would be available to work weekdays and weekends, has proficiency with computers, has customer service experience, and is willing to learn new systems.
There would be an opportunity for work next year from May-Oct for the right candidate.
