Wenonah II – Perfect for Special Occasions

Special OccasionsThe nonagenarian in the photo will be celebrating her 95th birthday on Wenonah II in August of this year. She is expecting about 20 guests for lunch in a dining room aboard the ship.

The ship is not available for site inspection at the moment, but, as you can see, she was able to have a photo taken to include in her invitations to her party.

Why Wenonah II for Special Occasions?

She considered the RMS Segwun. Our flagship is available for special occasions, but Wenonah II was her final choice. Her reason was simple: Wenonah is an accessible vessel with an elevator and washroom facilities that keep her safe and provide a degree of independence. The ship is air-conditioned which can be welcome on a hot August afternoon. Built in 2002, Wenonah II was designed to evoke the heyday of the steamship era. Nothing of the romance of a luncheon cruise on the Muskoka Lakes is lost.

She carries twice as many guests as RMS Segwun. There are three dining rooms on board that can accommodate from 10 to 60 people. Depending on the size of the group, an entire dining room may be reserved for a party.

We cannot guarantee the weather, but both our vessels offer covered seating so we sail ran or shine, beginning June 17, 2017. Call now to book special occasions – 1.866.687.6667.
