Platters of fresh fruit and baskets of freshly baked pastries will awaken our guests’ appetite for fine things. They will enjoy scones, croissants, muffins, mini cinnamon buns and lemon blueberry doughnuts. We will caution them to leave room for smoked salmon garnished with capers, fresh dill and shallots. There will be herbed cream choose to fill the croissants. Crepes, omelets and waffles are accompanied by scrambled eggs and sides of potato, bacon, sausage and ham.
