Lunch all season

Turkey, Stuffing, Seasonal Vegetables including Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Cranberry Sauce. Dessert.

Or

Chilled White Wine Poached Atlantic Salmon with Remoulade Sauce served with a Chilled Wild and White Rice Salad with Citrus Dressing. Dessert.

High Tea

 Per person: 3 sweets – brownie, cheesecake square, shortbread; a pair of mini-scones with Devonshire cream and jam; 6 finger sandwiches – 2 egg salad, 2 sliced chicken breast with cranberry mayo, 2 smoked applewood cheddar and branston pickle

Served with your choice of tea: Japanese Sencha, Monk’s Blend or Assam

Dinner all Season

Garden Greens Salad (cherry tomatoes, assorted sliced peppers, sliced cucumbers, red onion etc. with a gluten free and vegan dressing)

Garlic and Olive Oil Brushed Oven Roasted 9oz Chicken Supreme served with Dijon, Honey Cream, Seasonal Vegetables including Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots, Creamed Potatoes

Dessert

Or

Garden Greens Salad (cherry tomatoes, assorted sliced peppers, sliced cucumbers, red onion etc. with a gluten free and vegan dressing)

 6 oz Poached Salmon with Teriyaki Honey Glaze served with Creamed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables including Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots
